I appreciated that Leah was willing to go above and beyond in getting my home sold.   A walk through of my home was completed and renovation suggestions were made that would give me the highest sales price and profit possible.  She even assisted me in relocating a difficult tenant.  This was all accomplished while I lived out of state and she made it stress free.    Then Leah and her team made all of the home improvements using her unique Seller Renovation Package and home staging at no upfront cost to me.  The program actually allows for the renovations to be paid out of escrow after the home is sold.  I really enjoyed working with someone so dedicated and thrilled with the results.
